Modus operates a Serdi hot pressure testing facility which submerges the cylinder head in very hot water, offering a quick and inexpensive way to check the casting is sound. We can also pressure test cylinder blocks, turbos, EGR valves and oil coolers.
Our remanufactured cylinder heads are stripped, hot pressure tested and fully cleaned, with valves bead blasted, reseated and guides sleeved with a bronze liner before reassembly with new plugs.
